Many who are interested in losing weight/burning fat, building muscle, eating clean etc may not know where to begin when starting out. I have been there, I understand and I want to help! Allow me to assist you in taking the guesswork out of accomplishing your goals! I am a NASM certified personal trainer and NASM certified Nutrition Specialist with a passion for nutrition education. An overview of each component in the package is listed below. Allow me to help empower you to reach your fitness goals!
The Complete Coaching Package contains diet analysis, meal planning work out planning with my full support. I also offer each component separately if you are only interested in one or two items.
You will need to provide me with at least 3 days worth of your typical diet. Approximate measurements (i.e. 1/2 cup white rice), brands (i.e. Uncle Ben's Instant Rice) with labels pertaining to what meal it falls under (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack) is required. Please do not forget to include beverages (i.e. 8 oz Water). The more information you provide the more details I can provide you about your average nutrient intake. After receiving and analyzing your typical diet I will provide you with a detailed report along with any recommendations.
I will provide you with a meal plan that fits your goals whether fat loss, muscle gain or help with clean eating is desired. I will also include several recipes and meal prep suggestions to make things easier for you! I am an advocate for clean eating which is focused on foods that are minimally processed such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and proteins. I will cater the meal plan to foods that you like as well as introduce you to some new options that will effectively get you to your goals. The meal plan is structured for 7 days, 3-6 meals (your preference) and will include options to allow you to swap things out as often as you'd like.
I will provide you with a work out plan that fit your goals. I will customize a plan for home workouts or gym workouts depending on what is accessible to you. The plan will be tailored to your fitness level and time available to train. It will also include variations and progressions.
Train with Me
Workout WITH me :) Requires you to travel to me (Central New Jersey) and train at a Retro Fitness. You will be responsible for obtaining your membership/guest pass. Cost is for 1 session. If you would like to schedule more than 4 sessions, contact me first for a discounted price. If you have already selected a Nutrition Plan or Training Plan above and would like to train with me, one session will be included at no additional cost.
All analyses and plans are in pdf and MS Word format and delivered on your own Fit Girl Nikki USB wristband which allows you to carry your data with you at all times!

I ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. All orders (US and International) are shipped via USPS. I stand behind everything I sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase. Item must be received in the same condition, no rips/tears, makeup or stains.
The return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper wear or accidents.
